CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Community Support Worker level 2 - Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 8:30 pm This position is located in Spruce Grove. Experience in behavioural concerns as well as personal care is required. Personal vehicle to transport individual(s) is required (Mileage is paid when transporting).
Team Leader - 2-2-3 day rotation 8am-7pm - average 36-44 hrs a week Experience in Mental Health and PTSD. Experience working with behavioural concerns and/or personal care is required. Personal vehicle to transport individual(s) is required (Mileage is paid when transporting).
Casual/Relief - Days and Hours vary based on availability - Experience in Mental Health, Behavioural concerns, personal care required. The more availability the more hours can be obtained. Positions can be a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Now Hiring Summer Staff
Starting June 1st we will be starting our hiring of Summer Staff through the Canada Summer Jobs Grant. If you are a youth between the ages of 15-29 you qualify under this grant. If you do not fit this requirement please do not apply for positions listed below.
Data Entry Clerk - Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 3:30pm - Experience with computer software, imputting information into a database and working within an office setting is an asset. Start Date June 13, 2022
Community Engagement Coordinator - Days and hours will vary based on planned initiative times and days - Day and Evening Hours as well as weekends will be required. Applicant will be saavy in Social Media and the development of online initiatives to bring community together. Applicant will also be able to transition from online experiences to in-person experiences as needed. A strong interest in sports/active experiences is an asset. Start Date June 15, 2022
Community Support Worker level 2 - Monday - Friday 7:15am - 3:15pm within our Youth Summer Program. Experience/Willingness to work with individuals who may display behavioural concerns and/or require personal care is an asset. Start Date June 27, 2022
Community Support Worker level 1 - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm within our Youth Summer Program. Experience/Willingness to work with individuals who may display behavioural concerns and/or require personal care is an asset. Start Date June 20 , 2022
Community Support Worker level 2 - Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm within our Youth Summer Program. Experience/Willingness to work with individuals who may display behavioural concerns and/or require personal care is an asset. Start Date June 20 , 2022

Community Support Worker 2
Full-Time - 2-2-3 day rotation

Flexibility with start and end time required. Applicant will have experience with Mental Health and Behavioural concerns. Experience in Trauma Care is an asset.
Community Support Worker 1
Alternate 48hr Weekend Worker
Friday 5pm - Sunday 5pm
Applicant will have experience working with Children within the community and within their home.
Community Support Worker 2
Alternate 48hr Weekend Worker
Friday 9pm - Sunday 9pm
Applicant will have experience working with Adults within the community and within their home. Applicant will have experience in Mental Health and Behavioural concerns
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Community Volunteer Worker within our Children's program - provide a fun, creative side in you by bringing it out at our childrens respite home. You will take part in everything community and have fun. We are looking for volunteers with lots of energy who are not afraid of the outdoors and getting dirty in the mud, rain, snow or sand. We love going out in the community and being a part of it all and we would love for you to come and join in the fun.
Fundraising Committee Member
We are looking for volunteer fundraising committee members who have a keen interest in developing and implementing fundraising initiatives. Requirement to meet once a month as a minimum and any times after that at the discretion of the committee.

All applicants are required to provide a Criminal Record Check as well as a CYIM check (also known as a Child Welfare Check) upon start of employment.
Applicants are required to provide or obtain required mandatory training within 30 days of start of employment unless advised otherwise. Mandatory training requirements at a minimum are the following: First Aid/CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Abuse Protocol, Medication Administration, and Positive Behaviour Supports Level 1 and 2, and Trauma Informed Care

Various days and hours Applicant must be able and willing to work a combinations of days, evenings and weekends and have availability between the hours of 7am-9pm
